The expectation/planned momentum was that between OCT-DEC they would get it done. However Hank is never on time so they got the c-103 to them early and the only thing i remember Hank saying was look at our previous timeslines so expect it on time or earlier. On time would be Oct, but what if it comes earlier as mentioned? So anytime from i'd say while on on the island of Hvar (Croatia) 15th Sept, to the end of Sept. But what people should be more interested in these days is how Hank is going to fit all this stuff below in the FY? Going to be busy with Ann IMO.
