Kenji, you seem like a good person. Optimistic and honourable...however perhaps your optimism blinds you. As a new viewer, even I could see the need for a raise. I hope the terms are good for you and other long termers.
I still have the view, for what it is, this business is overpriced. It is a startup with its hands out for funding. Nothing ever in business is a sure thing.
