@kenjikool Your statement is not entirely true! You were adamant there would not be a raise that Aussie investors could participate in. Begs the question re-US investors coming onto the register to increase US ownership which then enables govt. funding....why wasn't this a placement to US investors? Hank made a big deal about Guggenheim being appointed as an advisor as a result of reverse enquiry...where's that up to?
Yes, Hank needs to accept being diluted because his cash burn with EBITDA breakeven being pushed back 6 months is going to be even greater now. This should be the biggest raise they have to date...I suspect 15-25m AUD
which helps him kick the can down the road, but if US investors are needed for govt. funding, then even more dilution is ahead.
