Well said pcpc. I remember Hank and his reasoning for the decision when he made it was the necessity for USA shareholding to be in the majority. We subsequently found with various options etc that we already filled this requirement. So now Shaws gets an additional 5m and it will be interesting to see the who the uptake was for the other 20m. Interesting to see hank did not grab the whole $45m. Staying to his word to raise what is required now at a decent price with further raises when needed at a higher price.
