We have invested in a start up company. There will be further raises. Hank will do all he can to stop diluting SH as he is the biggest. However you must expect that. Whether through Grants, loans or just tapping on the shoulder we need money. However it likley won't be retail investors as they have proven to be all talk and no action. When we are talking large amounts of money retail aren't really considered. Why? Because we can buy on market. So many complain about this, well we are all lucky we didn't buy in the last raise as we'd be down. Not too many are buying at a current 25% discount to the last raise we did? Talk is cheap. Retail don't fund companies like this, they need real investors, like it or not. Real world answer right there. Plenty of opportunity for retail to buy, they just don't tend to change the SP or momentum.
But the Ann today was fantastic, very important and what did the retail investor do about it? Nothing
My point exactly. We want our cake and eat it too. I was away all day, but will look at getting some tomorrow or soonish. Today was an important Ann, IMO
