My experience with multiple other stocks and cap raises. When they cap raise in 2 tranches usually the share price stagnates at the cap raise price until both tranches are complete. Tranche 2 is due to be released in April. You'd hope contract news released soon after. That 90 day sprint has 30 days left so maybe news before April. Who knows. It's all a big gamble.
