Again people Kenji has no idea how dilution works. He is comparing newly issued shares to buying on market now so please do yourself a favour and take anything he says with a grain of salt.
No doubt in a few weeks time when we are at 20c he will tell you he sold out at 35c and just got back in at the new low..
Nobody is buying because there is no reason to by whatsoever.
