When a CEO is the biggest shareholder how do they get out of a company? You think he's after dividends in years to come? While I am not a brain surgeon I'm 95% confident that I am well on target with the future of Amaero Int. I posted this some time ago. Here is my anticipated timeframe.
1. March will will get an Ann or LinkedIn post to say that Atomizer is being shipped.
2. Hoping for some form of Offtake in the April May timeframe. Ti64/C-103 or HIP contract?
3. Atomizer commissioned June.
4. Company gets grants or funding from DoD or Labs
5. More contracts through 25.
6. 26 comes the company turns to profit so it then becomes a target for a T/O
7. American Industrial Partners (AIP) now do their numbers and add Amaero to their balance sheet and Hank as all of us are bought out at a tasty profit.
How else do you think a CEO who is all in on a company can get his $$ out of that company? Sell on market? Sell in a buy back? Yeah that would go down well with the market wouldn't it?
1-7 is a very boiled down version of my house keeping spread sheets I have done. All of my thoughts and investment here ends with a buy out. We will see if I'm a madman or a solid investor
