Hank will want bang for his buck. He is likely working 12 hours 6 days a week. AIP wont make an offer (IMO) until they are cash flow positive and good solid contracts. Their board wont be risk takers, they want secure revenue to build their portfolio. They dont care of SP increases, they only will want a company making money with likely growth potential. 18 months we shall see.
