I have read the budget narrative re delays but thinking about the USA rush to boost defence as a core strategy as well as current world events, does it make sense that a 6 month delay on core “get it up and running” critical paths will be held up by red tape? May be so but I have to wonder. DYOR but maybe all is not as it seems. Happy to be contrarian here. DYOR
