Contracts of $1.1 Million? I can't help you if you can't keep up. Try contracts worth $12 Million. Try HIP of $1.1 Million They have borrowed $38 Million (so this is not a negative it's a positive, if they raised it would have been dilution).

Since they did their last 2 raises that were both fully subscribed and overflowing with offers lets have a look at the overall market?




I would say this isn't pretty picture? It's been said that we need contracts and we do. But if you did watch the news, you would see the the USA federal budgets have been delayed and are only now seeing where the spending is going. The fact we were able to borrow at the time we did was astounding, but the market said Meh, but that's why I bought more at 25.5 again and again.

The reasons I keep buying more is clear in my mind. Is it a risk 100%. But it's not a risk like betting on the horses. Worst case here is we don't get as many contract or delayed as we hoped. We won't go to zero. I'm still waiting for the 15c was it that was predicted. I called bottom at 25c twice and bought, look like I've been pretty good at picking up shares at lows recently. (Yes yes I called a $1 last year, so?) I'm still holding the majority of my shares cause I'm still really green. If it doesn't get to $1 this year or even next year, I'll still be holding no problems. If we get bought out for 60c I'd be disappointed, for about 5 minutes as I'd be making nearly 7 figures. I don't know what the point of comments like yours is trying to achieve. Seems like frustration more than anything. Stocks don't go up in a straight line. Big (worthwhile) contracts don't happen overnight. You're more than entitled to your opinion, but at least make it a worthwhile comment with data or actually factual correct information. Happy to have a discussion, but frustrated one liners, well??? Surely we're all adults here?
