First hiccup, financial guidance adjusted slightly (some see this as a negative, but we are a start up in the USA and there was an Election right?)
ADDMAN sign contract for likely $10-12 Million (WHAT THERE ARE ONLY PROMISES NOT CONTRACTS!!!!)
C-103 is officially qualified for use with ADDMAN
Forward thinking re-tariffs, sign a long term supply agreement from within the USA.
The last 2 CR's were done at 35c and 30c. total of an extra 145 million shares.
Loan of $38 million achieved, not promised but achieved saving us a dilution of about $140 million shares.

So I'm thinking your assessment isn't exactly accurate TBF. The reason the Atomizer is in red above is that is where we hit 50c. So look at what got us to 50c. Now look at what the company has achieved since then. So really we can fairly say that some big players really manipulated the price in both directions, on it's way up and on it's way down. The only negatives I see there is the slight (very slight) guidance change and the idea that Aussie investors where going to get shut out. Now we can argue about that all day but the company position was that it's view changed due to the options being able to be claimed as being owned by US investors. This led to us being over the % needed to get the loan, WHICH WE GOT! But people can have their own view on this. But in that many here complained we (Aussie) investors were being shut out, then few actually bought in, and then they've had 6 months of buying in lower? Talk about damned if you do or don't lol.

So yeah, I'm going to go with great contracts of $47 million (ish) and 38 million loan from the US government. Sitting in the lane of huge growth an the ASX rewarded us by going backwards. So maybe we were overpriced before, but I think people are starting to see value again?

And a good reminder for those who either misread past updates or do not read them.

They have two large contracts and plainly they have plenty of interest with stated or expected conversion rate to contracts is very positive.

Hank is not idle. He has plenty of skin in the game. The relationships he and key influential management (with highly credentialed government contacts) have been building are likely to be productive - not unproductive.
