Just by having some shares in short position doesnt mean anything. It is only the good stock you would find counterparty willing to bet on the other side. and upon closing, short position will swtich to long as they need to buy them back.
the recent drop is more likely driven by delay on projects. MD has explicitly stated Mar21 for BNNT. at first May 21 for Middle East and then Nov21 now by the looks of it maybe next year.
overall 3da has fairly loose registry which also put some pressure on SP when in dry season.
i will buy more if SP drop to high 20s.
