I'm a bit of a newbie to options. I'm thinking of selling some stock in 3DA and buying some 3DAO. They seem good value to me under .050, given where the SP is at, and the fact they don't expire for 3 years. Am I missing something? Is there any simple formula/calculation that can be used to find the true value of options? I googled and found the Black-Scholes formula but it did my head in, there must be an easier way!
