For my money you can’t announce that you expect a potentially company making contract (or at least your largest contract so far) to be locked in before the end of September, not announce anything, and then expect anything other than the share price start to descend as you move into October.
The alarm bells aren’t ringing for me yet but the clock doesn’t stop ticking.
