If the customer has contract payment terms based on: no. of users, in arrears, payable annually/half-yearly/etc, the cash flow will come after they get to the end of the invoicing period (i.e. end of the half), and pointerra has worked out how much to invoice the customer. Then the payment terms could be COD, 14 days or even longer (up to 90 days), so despite the an annual contract being signed (ACV), the cash may not come into pointerra's bank account for a while yet. The customer is contracted to pay though, so we as shareholders won't miss out. Just requires patience
