There would have to be an Enterprise Sales Update for any material change in a current customer or new customer (e.g. if Decipher increases it's contract value by more than 10%, then there needs be an update within 3 business days).

If there are small i.e. $5,000 pm contracts then no we will not need an update unless there are multiple contracts then we would see an Enterprise Sales Update - Multiple Contracts.

Hypothetically they could say the last update was an Enterprise Sales Update without any figures as they weren't agreed by 30 September 2019 therefore they can forecast them in the forward 12 month ACV.

If you sum all the Enterprise Sales Update's leading to each quarterly you get within 5% of the actual reported figure.

Agreed - someone is accumulating but someone is also selling :/
