There is a definite pattern happening here in terms of post market close trade... Within the last hour of trade .. the price is pushed to down to neutral ...then after close 4:00 - 4:10 ..there will be a lot of shares given (just enough)..to make sure it closes in the negative,,,thus keeping in "in check" for the next day...
Seen this done on so many counters!...Institutions, collectors and bigger boys at play here....only they have the resources and "allowances' within the rules to do this...the rest of us are just pawns in their game.....that is;...until an announcement or a positive ACV drops....then it starts all over again once the share price settles...
