I'm no expert and please do not use these musings as investment or trading advice. Why I prefer 3.7cps to be taken out? Many people would have placed their stops at or just under the recent major low, so if it trades at 3.7-3.6cps and the floodgates do not open and there's no selling on high volume that indicates strong resolve to not sell at these levels. Still some kind of solid news/announcement/rumour catalyst is required for the share price to start moving up otherwise the path of least resistance is down. Confirmation of double bottom will be if share price crosses 5.7cps up on volume and doesn't come back.
