There's no strength in the buy side so blocking on the offer shows intent. With no volume small trades drive the price where the accumulator wants the price to go. If I wanted out at scale I'd have dumped by now so just games I reckon.
Let's see, as I say how the pattern goes noting the company is likely to gain significant ACV this quarter with full enterprise roll out with Eversource and increasing activity with PG&E. Exp growth most likely leading into next quarterly report and accumulation in next 3 months inevitable at the cheapest possible price.
