interesting that 3fc is a two bit Tasmanian lobbyist with two very small Tasmanian clientele and Wacker.

Also interesting is that Wacker is not registered on the State government register - just the federal.

So we can certainly assume that MHM introduced Wacker to 3fc (and no one else)

And - Wacker wanted to talk to the Federal government not State.

Note: Wacker would not of got a two bit lobbyist to do the talking. They paid 3fc for their registration to open the door.

Summary
Are Wacker trying to bypass the Tas gov't - possibly to just take the silica and run. That is - no smelting operation.
No smelting op doesn't hurt MHM at all.
