    I agree K9 - the awarding of a contract is the end result of a helluva a lot of work prior to it of which 3 months for the contracts highlighted is about right.

    Been there done a lot of this in my younger days - answering govt tenders takes a lot of time effort and resources for a small coy like MST.

    On the wrong hobby horse there routine - hop onto mine it is much more relevant and has so many examples of just plain boof-headed stupidity.
