There are also escrowed shares trading in March next year 265.3m which should be included. that's 1043m in total including performance shares if they get hit.
And the raise is for 100m shares @3c, (basically 10% of current float incl PS) at just 13% below current SP.
So dilution is very small basically 13% of 10%.
Basically negligible I'd suggest.
