    I can see you're a TA person Fib .. You don't have to look too far back though to see that AGS owned (and developed) Maldon, which was then "sold" to ORS.

    AGS was originally ORS's major shareholder with 22%; now down to 8% or so (from memory) following CR ..

    And of course ORS and AGS have the same major shareholder, who also has a significant investment in AYC.
