Thanks for the clarification.

Whilst I do obviously need to 'brush up' on the rules, I don't think I've ever actually read them, as I never really needed to (or so I thought). I keep it simple; if I've talked to a company, I ask them up front what can be released and what can't.

For the record, in case you were wondering, I was not the one to give you a negative rating (since when do we have ratings?! obviously new). Quite the opposite, I was tempted to give it a positive rating, but couldn't quite bring myself to do so given what you've been up to in recent times on the PLT & FER threads! (lol)
