I think your right there. This seems to me that these guys like what they see and are taking a position.
One would expect that you dont bother to negotiate your way in (rather than buy on market) AT ABOVE MARKET PRICE for a quick buck. Money like that doesn't get involved for small change they are looking for multi- baggers, imho
