I think there is an article in the Australian Financial Review this weekend about renewable energy stocks. GRK is one of those that has bottomed out. PTR has recently done a JV with Beach Petroleum. Smart move before carbon trading comes in. Obviously this did wonders for PTR's sp. GRK has an MOU with BHP for exploration at the Olympic dam mine site. If GRK finds something, then I personally think that BHP would do a JV with GRK. GRK is a bit light on for cash, which explains their current sp, but they have a JV in Hungary covered by the World Bank's Geofund. So if it the project fails then the Geofund pays the costs. Anyway, check it out and see what you think.
