100% mate. I hear you, but to come out prior to even listing, with a speculative SP prediction like this is more or less a guess. To say this warrants a $3 SP "before the year is out" according to "General growth predictions", is like throwing a dart at a dart board and then hoping you actually hit a number, and not the wall.
They will pay (Some? All?) of their debt? Then upgrade their office in Houston, seems like a low and odd priority to me to be honest?? Again, this is in their prospectus.
Yes, there are other productive ways they will be spending these funds initially, absolutely. But all the timeliness are not in the immediate future, it will take time.
All I am saying is don't be expecting this to be a miracle stock. Great sector to be in, hasn't exactly lit the world on fire prior to now, patience here needed.
Expect very little...and you might be pleasantly surprised!
Expect great things...you might be left very disappointed!
