interesting the amount of debt that is being repaid back to the directors/ceo here...plus also between the two there is a lot of ownership/shares...so they get paid back over $1m in debt over the next two years...hmmm. why wouldn't they just convert the debt to shares in a show of goodwill to investors coming in??
might look like some good revenue but not profitable yet and with a lot of debt. no wonder they IPO'd...
