When I mentioned playing games I meant the seller @3.1c was playing the game (IMO). There could be many reasons why he/she would want to sell @3.1. 1) keep the price at 3.1 2) desperate and needed to get out at 3.1 (can't understand why though b/c the sell would have only netted 1.55K) etc etc. But looked more likely that they believed that they may be able to cap the price at 3.1c cheaply. IMO.
