we dont really know why only 6 ships went out in sept, maybe it was weather or maybe it was production lag due to commissoning issues or maybe both.
anyway for arguements sake lets double the bad weather days from 30 to 60, which leaves 297 shipping days which gives us 297 x 60kt = 17,820,000kt/pa
but we only need 8mt/pa for nameplate.
so stricktly speaking we dont need a shed stock buffer cos the existing trains 28ktpa can keep up with the shipping of 60kt/2days.
when the ships are still cos bad weather the shed buffer is being restocked by the trains contiuing to run.
also the train 7kt capacity can be easily upgraded if need.
ie bhp trains can haul 45kt !!
