it's 5,000 tonnes per hour. the shiploader is also 5,000 tph, so that is a max 120,000 tonnes per 24 hour period. So theoretically, those aspects of the existing infrastructure could easily handle 16mtpa capacity, and they could handle extra trains, provided there's no bottlenecking with the trains.
