    It is fantastic that the Directors are putting their money where their mouth is, but also embarassing how few shares Robin and even worse Tim owned prior to this purchase.

    I am assuming someone "suggested" they show some belief or leave.

    2 buy in and one resigns.

    Purely a guess.
