I agree, only a matter of days before it is granted, the appropriate government department is conducting background checks on staff members, checking their suppliers and logistics, making sure the facility is secure, safe, and meets all the set out requirements.

The delay is driven mostly by the limited resources within the government department and them being inundated with applications within the industry.
