Jax,think of it like this mate.As adults Leroy see's that HR is making a mistake and offers advice,now he takes the advice or he doesn't and i should add Leroy is more than qualified to offer the advice he gives.

As an adult you have to take disagreement nearly all the time and endeavor to resolve them, yes we call HR as share holders and voice our concerns and sometimes through HC as well to get others feedback.

HR has a lot of respect for Leroy and his input into QMN and HR knows we don't agree with him sometimes but he is always ready to receive our calls should circumstances permit.He wouldn't take Leroy's calls if he thought he had nothing to offer,constructively.
