    I think you need to get excited now. JV announcements in days and drilling in May for oil.

    Puntland Government needs money now ! Thats why they got RRS in to get the oil flowing out and the money flowing in as quicly as possible.

    Speed and performance is the order of the day for RRS not protracted exploration etc etc etc
