This third report on permeability may be more of a catalyst to SP than IRR which is essentially independent confirmation of whatever DW and PB.
So here's the thing. Have DW and PB been pulling our chains? Do they know what they are talking about?
If they do, then we shouldn't be surprised if on announcement we have a 4x to 10x bagger.
So once again. IRR essentially confirms the 3 (88e) reports of which we await the last.
