what I am very annoyed with is that they are not telling us the truth. Ucore definitely pushed HXG out and probably threatened to sue HXG if they intend to proceed, otherwise sure we would have had the chance to save the company and participate to the slim only 2m. Sure even just Mike and Charles have that kind of money available if they look under their bed. 2m would have probably be the smallest capital raise ever ...
