i note that the normal dose of 3TC is 150mg twice daily or 300mg...

    i note that the normal dose of 3TC is 150mg twice daily or 300mg once daily. yet ATC's clinical trial appear to have been comparing results against a single 150mg dose of 3TC. perhaps i'm reading this wrong, but i'd be interested to hear if anyone can enlighten me on this point.
