3way merger, page-5

Ridd ick,
With all the time and effort GBG will need to get Karara up and running now, I don't give much weight to any takeover theories, but I was interested if anyone had any info re. that 3 way merger plan.

I was especially interested in the process that 'after Aztec was taken over' then GBG and MGX may merge.
The first part has happened and now I wonder if the second part may hold some interest again for the 2 parties?

If anything, I'd imagine a current producer, or one on the verge of producing, and in a nearby area, has to be more attractive as far as a merger, than one in another country that is still a long way off production and carries more risk.
