thanks Richard, last Friday, I already said to myself, the 3 Y notice probably won't come out until around 5 pm today because I have a feeling for the delay of the notice is for RG to wrap up his 37% gains without causing big public noises and to avoid legal disputes from former acceptances that sold shares to him.

Also I could be wrong but I think the fall in sp last few days can be some sort manipulation for RG's to peacefully wrap up his show ( who knows how many undercover accounts he still got left on the market) OR someone on the market tried to put it in an 'accumlation mode'.

Regardless of what it is, I think everyone can see that it's trading in a very low volume and only need a big buy to spark it, which I think may come during August when full financial report are out.

Just my observation and thinking.
