    Is 3 Years a usual time frame given for this type of thing?
    Would that be the expected time required to complete building projects?
    Considering the debt levels and OCV resposibility to repay..even if OCV relisted this would dampen SP for 3 years..waiting on the repayment of obligations...
    Is that a reasonable assumption...

    So everyone is waiting really.
    Mirvac has at least fired up to complete a project...
