This has 4 cents written all over it.
The LKO holding plus convertible notes has a value of about 28.8 million at the moment.
That's a share price of about 2.5 cents plus lithium and gold assets.
I can see LKO going to .5 of a cent tomorrow and 1 cent with a agreement with the Victorian government.
A 1 cent LKO share price is about 96 million dollars in value to DHR.
A 4 cent DHR share price is a no brainer in my opinion.
