I'd take a billion dollars for the project if the CR wants to go it alone.

When EMH agreed to buy Geomet at the end of 2013 Cinovec was a low grade, marginal to sub-economic tin deposit. No-one in the CR gave a shit about it, not least the politicians.

Now after several years of hard work and grinding effort by Geomet/EMH it's a substantial lithium deposit. All of a sudden it's a national treasure and EMH is stealing it from the state? Get stuffed, if you're not clever enough to recognize the nascent potential then you either swallow it (and reap the benefits through job creation and taxes) or you pay top dollar.
