I find it annoying. If I was Keith I'd be letting Arca know in no uncertain terms that I'm not pleased with the tone of the quote. In fact, I'd ask for a follow-up quote putting a more positive spin on EMH's involvement in the project.

To state that Arca will police the mining operation to ensure there's no impropriety on EMH's part is extremely offensive. Arca bought the shares because it's a good investment - nothing more, nothing less; EMH is undervalued and the upside is substantial. To suggest otherwise is just ridiculous.
