I do appreciate your optimism, always did.
But fact 7, nothing is fix, no deal made, everything pending.
And without political approval, this thing might be in the earth for quite a while.
And, we really do not know, who will dig it out and will be paid, finally.
This could turn around completely, in the next months!
And I do agree on all you 6 facts! That´s why I was in for nearly 2 years!
