House maybe? Bit of real estate as a hedge or each way bet? Wouldn't think so but, assuming the worst is safer and potentially costly at the same time. Still priced well under book value for mine despite the king bailing on 40%. Mind you from another point of view why would you bail on ($6 mil which is what the shares would be worth more than whate he sold for)your shares if a gas supply announcement was immenent? Hmmm...the unseen stuff.
