Even then... see comments by the chinese regulator? on the $200 billion dollar peer-to-peer lending collapse that is currently underway.. basically: "savers need to expect to lose the lot". The chinese financial system is all smoke and mirrors, I don't think you can even trust what is submitted on their end. It is all about connections, the communist party and obfuscation.
