Principle 5: Government will apply collaborative economy principles to its own activities where appropriate and simplify processes to engage collaborative economy enterprises in delivering government services. Government will apply the value for money test in considering whether to purchase collaborative economy goods and services and identifying potential to extend the value of its assets.
