    All I can think of the purposed of that 4c seller - besides Easter Eggs - is a desire to cap the share price.

    For what purpose I wonder given all the discussion we've seen.

    Then again - if they were wanting to just apply SP pressure, they'd have put that cap at say 4.2 and have a minor buffer.

    Really flumoxed here Colonel...
